Its on the 5th and 15th of every month 😁
We came in to Casa Ole after doing some shopping. Last time I tried this place, I had a poor experience to say the least. There was no bartender and the manager was sitting on her phone without acknowledging us while the waiters ran around..... I vowed to never return. The food has never been a problem but the service has consistently been awful... However, tonight was great! Our waitress, Janice, seated us after noticing us in the lobby. She took great care of us! It was busy but still she gave five star service, was super friendly and attentive. Never had to ask for a refill or chips! A different manager from the last time was helping everyone and even stopped at our table to check on us. Spectacular job! I will be returning as long as service stays up to par!
Nice location and entryway. As soon as the beautiful door closed, it was all downhill from there. Worst Mexican food we've ever had in any city or state. The "enchilada" was a cheese roll-up with some red sauce. The cheese is like a velveeta substitute. Worse food than any you've eaten in your school's cafeteria or on an airplane. If you are starving, get a frozen burrito at a gas station instead. These types of restaurants give Georgetown a bad name. Obviously this owner simply gave up.
Great food.. quite atmosphere. Very friendly staff
Good food, good price. The green sauce is a different change of pace. Good place to grab some drinks too. Great happy hour and regular priced drinks. $2 house margaritas daily. Staff is super friendly. I love the spinach enchiladas. I always add the shrimp and mushrooms for just a couple dollars more. Friendly staff.clean restaurant. Can accommodate large groups.
The 2 Spinach enchiladas had maybe a teaspoon of spinach in them and it looked canned. For over $8, they could have been more generous. Poorly done.
Excellent Tex-Mex food and outstanding service! Our waitress, Janice, was extra attentive as well as charasmatic. Also, the waitstaff was very welcoming and friendly. Perfect restaurant for a large party or a quick bite to eat on your lunch break!
Casa Ole is one of my favorite restaurants. This location, however, has been terrible both times I've gone. You basically have to demand salsa, like they're rationing for winter. With four people, the waitress seemed like she want allowed to have more than one or two chips on the table at a time, and had to be asked for refills of everything over and over, including drinks. The food was good, as usual, but I won't come back to this location again.
I order my food and 10 minutes later the waitress asked me what I ordered? Not impressed I was in kinda a hurry I ate at the one in Temple TX they ask me how was it I told them not worth a damn thought maybe try the Georgetown one already can tell same crud won’t be going back to any of them !
Service is always great wendy is awesome shes always aware of whole restaurant
Really good food. Love coming here.
The people are so friendly and the service is great.I recommend it.
Service was great. Food was awful. I got very sick hours after I ate. Has lasted through to the next day. I def do NOT recommend this place. We took a chance and oh boy.
Wonderful service.. fresh food..
Food looked and tasted like a week old El patio microwave meal. Our server was trying his best but there seemed to be a lack of fluidity and structure. This is a one and done for our party.
Really good food and we had a great drink for the adults we had with us.
Good food. Good service. Fair Price.
Just had a fantastic lunch here. Staff were awesome, food was fresh and hot, price was great for everything we received. This is a comfort food choice for my wife and we're never disappointed.
Service when we went in to order to go was good. The food however was terrible. It was poorly prepared and the proportions we ridiculously smaller than what they would have been had we dined in. Not worth the amount that was charged for our dinner. I would not recommend to go orders from here
Horrible service and food not much better. The manager was our waitress and she needs a real good lesson in customer service. She should definitely never wait on a table and learn some manners. Took two hours to get our food and never got a refill on drinks. Even forgot some of the drinks. Will not be returning!
Horrible! Do not waste your time here! I was here for lunch waited good 10-15 min for waitress to come. The whole time we were there she only came to take our order and drop off food. No Réfill on my drink. Took forever to get the check! Food was eh ok. Other great places to eat in Georgetown and this isn’t one of them.
Amazing food!! Had such a good time. Great waiter and food. For appetizer went with the steak nachos. For entre I had their delicious fried avocado, also some enchilada and stake plate. Would really recommend this restaurantI'll definitely be back to try their tilapia plate next.
We have never had good service. I can excuse it once, people have bad days, but it is consistent here. After interacting with the incredibly rude manager today - I can see why it's so bad here. I will be giving no more chances. The woman should learn customer service skills and people should not wait 10 minutes in the lobby of an empty restaurant waiting to be seated.
I have been eating at Casa Ole for 30 years and have enjoyed it. For some reason it keeps going downhill everywhere. I went to this one and the waitress was trying hard but she couldn’t get anything right and the order was wrong twice. I don’t like to complain but it was some of the worst service ever have ever had. The last couple times we came here it keeps getting worse. POOR MANAGEMENT! I worked at a Casa Ole in college and we always operated well. Geesh get a clue casa ole!
On our latest trips the service has really declined. 3 is an average. As I write this, nothing came out right today and half of the orders were delivered 10min after the others. Beware.
Good drinks, good chips. I haven't had the food there in a while but I'm sure it's good.
Poor quantity of food for $60.00
The food wasn’t the greatest and they seemed under staff on the FOH side. Their house margarita is always 2.50 but they’re small and have hardly any tequila in it. It was alright for a lunch if you’re in the area but definitely not going out of my way to go again.
The food is some of the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten.
Casa Ole has great food and I love their green sauce dip and chips. Their prices are reasonable and the servers are polite and on top of refills. Great place to eat with friends and family!
It's not bad but not so much traditional mex food. The green sauce is great.
Great service, delicious food and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The fajita ole plate was sizzling and very good and outstanding service
The frozen margaritas were not frozen, the menus we're dirty, and the food was not good at all. Our waitress was good and kind to my daughter, but when something was missing on my plate the manager came to the table with a confrontational attitude. I received what was missing with a defensive excuse. There's no need for that. She definitely needs help in regards to customer service.
We brought family from out of state to enjoy good Mexican food. (They've mentioned it's hard to find where they live). Casa Olé was quite the hit with both there adults and kids. Everyone loved the food. And our service was exceptionally good. It really made our afternoon wonderful.
It's a nice place to relax in. Food was ok.. Atmosphere great .
Service was TERRIBLE! and food was bad and salty too. Only thing good was chips and salsa not queso
Tex-Mex to the core. Good service, best red salsa (we think so!), priced right for us. Especially like any dish served with fajita chicken. Whether Nachos Ole de pollo or fajita chicken tacos, enchiladas--wonderful flavor
Loved this place! Had the deal for 2 for $18 that includes apettizer ( we did empanas)yummm..had sizzling chicken fajitas very good and the final dessert had a weird name can't remember but here's a picture. Very tasty. Complementary Chips n salsa rocked! Had 2 rounds! Service was great too. Our waitress came quite often to check on us. 😍
Super nice and helpful services greeter held door for our wheelchair and walked and elderly woman all the way to her car our waiter was very fast and friendly as well even though we weren't sat in his area
Had a bad feeling about this place as soon as we walked in the door. Hostess seemed to have no idea what she was doing ... Finally got to a booth that was surprisingly clean. Waiter barely introduced himself (if he did, he was so soft-spoken, we wouldn't have heard him anyway) and rushed us into ordering -- ZERO PERSONALITY and an obvious want to be anywhere but here. The Fajita Nachos full of what tasted like overly salted, processed canned meat. Chili on the tameles was definitely from a can and the fajita tacos were exactly the same meat as the nachos, queso tasted processed also. The ONLY decent thing on the table was the chips and salsa, which I'm sure came from a can, too.
My Mom and I love Mexican food, and we love this place. Not only is the food great, but there aren't TV's or loud music so we can sit and talk easily. The only down side? The staff always seems to be struggling to keep up, even when there aren't a lot of people. If you want a quick lunch, not the best place. The food is all amazing and great portions. My Mom and I love there 2 for $18 lunch deal.
Busy on the weekends but if you go on a week night it's pretty chill.Service was great and food was hot off the cooker!
First time here and the ole fajitas were awesome! The combo of the steak, chicken and shrimp was legit. All the meat was moist and very well prepared. Wait staff was fast and friendly. I'll be back.
Very slow service. Chips had some hard one you couldn't eat. We ordered a wet burrito, terrible. We well not ever come here again.
Good is meh, margaritas aren't bad
I went on Saturday with and friend and had the pleasure of being a part of “Team Mod” and our waitress was Jamie. They we’re both so sweet, fun and overall. The food was great and was served in a timely manner. The manager brought our food out. She is great as well. I have visited this restaurant several times and it’s always good but this visit was excellent. Thanks for the great service.
Loved it!! We were there for hours, mini-reunion of friends with dinner and drinks. Andrew was our waiter. Best I've seen in a long time anywhere. Very attentive, friendly, joked around with us. Meal was perfect, drinks were perfect, and he gave us great recommendations on our order.
We got strange vibes from all of the staff here. My girlfriend and I ordered the same dish in the two for $18 deal. Hers came out with two enchiladas and mine got three. When we politely asked the waitress about it, her response was, "Well, what do you want me to do, bring you another one?". That wasn't really something we thought deserved any attitude back towards us as it seems like a pretty valid question.I ordered the trio margaritas. The drinks, although very stiff, were so syrup filled I couldn't get halfway through them. My girlfriend ordered a strong and delicious margarita which was finished before our meal came out. She then ordered a 2nd margarita but never received it.
I have tried to go here twice now. The is the second time I have waited for more than 5 minutes in the lobby and not been greeted or seated, or seen anyone at all in the restaurant for that matter. This is the second time I have walked back out because if you so clearly don’t want my business, I will not give it to you. Why is there even an open sign if nobody is there to take you to a table?
Best tasting Mexican food ever! Great service! Awesome place to eat, my new favorite!
